Illuminate To Elevate

Illumination is the process of looking at every aspect of your operation in great detail.  We identify areas that need improvement and help community leaders create a personalized plan for implementing over the course of a 3-month period.  And we are with you every step of the way.

During implementation we encourage a high level of group and individual communication.  We help clarify the goals, identify and eliminate the obstacles, and make sure that everyone realizes what success will look like.  We also help identify Team Illuminators moving forward.

Finally, we help to establish Action Items that will lead to Designed Results.  These results must be

time-sensitive with deadlines and follow-up accountability meetings we call "Success Sessions".  Continued conversations amongst team members is vital to this overall process.
